Together we achieve more’!

It is all about teamwork.  Effective leaders say WE not I when talking about goals and results.  One of the biggest compliments leaders can experience is ongoing program development success when leaders move on to other endeavors.  Leaders who make a difference are not egotistical or selfish.  Leaders who believe in mentoring and sharing their ideas and resources value service rather than awards.

Coalitions and collaborations are only effective when leaders delegate and diversify.  Forming teams / sub-committees and coming together to share agreements and solutions is always preferred to one person doing everything and making all the decisions.  Effective leaders empower others!

Leaders For Tomorrow Spring Training Registration

Student leadership trainings held in the spring of the school year, April to June, have the huge advantage of getting student leaders ‘ready’ for program ‘action’ when school begins.  As we know, September to October are extremely busy for educators!
