 RRR Training & Publishing has been in existence for 25 years. Owner and head trainer, Barb Reisner is well-known throughout the Midwest for her interactive training style and practical educational resources.
The goal of RRR is to assist schools in staff and student program development. RRR’s uniquely developed programs and resource materials have been implemented in many schools with successful results. Resources are designed to be school specific, allowing the contents to be customized to individual school needs.
RRR programs include training resources and action plans for principals, counselors, teachers and students. Training topics focus on–leadership, career development, comprehensive student mentor models, change process, team building, study skills and group process. RRR resources are practical, user-friendly, efficient and ‘action researched’.

Barbara Reisner has Master’s Degrees in Education and Professional Development and School and Rehabilitation Counseling. Barb’s experience in education includes high school counseling, college teaching, athletic coaching and student assistance administration. Barb, owner of RRR Training & Publishing, continues to connect with students, educators and community leaders through her passion for training and publishing. Barb is well-known for her training, education resources and lifelong commitment to leadership development and health promotion.

Linda Budlow has a Master’s Degree in Counseling. Areas of professional experience include clinical therapist, school counselor and mathematics teacher. Linda has an extensive background in community leadership, with an emphasis on event planning and fund raising. Linda’s commitment to service and leadership development has enhanced her ability to train ‘Leaders For Tomorrow’. Linda is a problem solver who is effective at maximizing students’ success.
